Install the SDK

Copy the exact tag for your site from Dashboard → Sites → Install SDK. The site identifier in an example is a placeholder.

● ● ●   index.html<head>

  <script src="…/agent/YOUR_CLIENT_ID.js"></script>
</head>
↑ The kopair tag goes before the closing </head>, once, without async/defer. Placement diagram, not a complete installation tag.

Step by step

  1. Choose and save the Live delivery channel. Direct mode loads scripts from cdn.kopair.com; first-party mode requires routes on your own server.
  2. Place the complete tag once near the end of the HTML head, immediately before </head>. Keep it synchronous: do not add async or defer. Do not put it in a visible content block or an iframe.
  3. Save and publish the site. Open the published domain, allow analytics through your CMP if required, then refresh the SDK status in kopair.
  4. If a Content Security Policy is enabled, merge the required domains into it. Read the CSP guide before changing that policy.

  <!-- … -->
  <script src="https://cdn.kopair.com/agent/YOUR_CLIENT_ID.js"></script>
</head>

Replace YOUR_CLIENT_ID by copying the complete tag from your dashboard.

Practical example

Tilda: site-wide HEAD field. Shopify: layout/theme.liquid. WordPress: the Header field in WPCode. The separate platform guides below show the steps and common mistakes.

How to verify

View the published page source and find exactly one agent tag with your client ID. Check the fresh SDK signal in the dashboard; a script response alone does not prove analytics is working.
