Balance and participation
Your workspace balance counts experiment participation, including Control.
Step by step
- Open Balance & packs to see remaining participation, grants, per-experiment usage and purchase requests. Read the current catalog in the dashboard for available packages and prices.
- One allocation identity in one experiment counts once for that experiment. Repeat pageviews and pause/resume do not count again. Entering two experiments can count as two participations.
- Use Buy pack to create a purchase request. Online automatic payment is not connected; follow the email instructions for the request.
If 1,000 eligible identities enter two tests, they can consume 2,000 participations. Clearing a cookie may create a new identity; the unit is not a verified unique person.
How to verify
When credits run out, experiments pause. After replenishment they may resume automatically if the analysis horizon has not expired. Buying a pack does not guarantee sufficient statistical evidence.
