Your first experiment

From an idea to a measured result: prepare a site, define success, change one thing and launch a planned comparison.

Connect your site

Install the SDK

Copy the exact tag for your site from Dashboard → Sites → Install SDK. The site identifier in an example is a placeholder.

Website platforms

Connect your site

CSP and first-party delivery

A downloaded script needs a working channel for configuration, analytics and Live editing.

Connect your site

Analytics consent and CMP

Connect the SDK to your consent manager and measure consent separately from experiment conversion.

Define success

Goals and versions

A goal defines success. Site goals are reusable; an experiment uses a specific version and a Primary/Secondary role.

Define success

URL goals and page filters

Use paths to distinguish the pages where a goal should be counted.

Define success

Custom events

Send a named success event from the actual successful action in your site code.

Build and launch

Experiments and launch

Prepare a hypothesis and a fixed comparison before enrolling real visitors.

Build and launch

Variants, Sandbox and Live editor

Variants are saved sets of page changes. Sandbox works before installation; Live edits the installed site through an authorized session.

Build and launch

AI-assisted changes

Describe a specific edit, inspect each proposal and keep only changes that support your hypothesis.

Build and launch

Audience and allocation

Choose who enters the experiment and which stable identity assigns a variant.

Understand results

Set the analysis plan

Fix the decision rule before launching. A planned experiment needs both time and enough observations.

Understand results

Read results and diagnostics

Analytics compares variants against the selected goal and reports whether the data supports a decision.

Understand results

Two overlapping experiments

Inspect four combinations of a pair, or register a joint plan before launching both tests.

Manage and get help
